Delivery Timelines At Lumiere Aesthetics, we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please allow for a processing time of 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, your order will reach you within a maximum of 15 business days.

Return Policy & Shipping Logistics Please note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. As we provide complimentary shipping on your initial order, return delivery fees are not covered by Lume Glow. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
